We understand your plans may change and orders may need to be cancelled. We would want to be able to accommodate your requests as best as we can.
For online order, cancellations must be made within the day that you order. If your items are already on its way to delivery, no cancellation is allowed.

We offer exchanges and returns (for store credit only) for items purchased at full price. Store credit will be valid for 2 months.
To be eligible, please make sure that your items are back at our facility within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new and original packaging in-tact for us to process the exchange or return.
Floral arts which have been customised, are not eligible for exchange or return.
You will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange or return. Please also note that we are unable to refund any original shipping fees, taxes or duties paid on any orders.
